We’ve been there
Kathrine’s been a professional athlete and D1 coach. By 2019 she was sick of watching her athletes struggle with energy and hormone issues, being prescribed birth control, muscle relaxants, and anti-anxiety meds to “fix” their issues. So she went back to school, became a Functional Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Health and Human Physiology, and has worked with hundreds of men and women since, fixing their thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, brain fog, chronic gut issues, infertility and so much more!
